Where ya been?

It's been some time since I have posted anything on the blog.
The truth is, nothing really is going on. I am so boring and vanilla right now, its scary.
The typical summer day for me goes like this:
Wake up
Wake up again (snooze button, act like ya know!)
Wake up my son
Wake him up again
Get him ready for school/camp
Make myself put on something that somewhat matches, so that I can take him to school/camp
Come back home and make myself a cup of coffee ( this is MY FAVORITE PART of the morning!)
Turn on the t.v and see what I have DVR'd the night before ( another favorite, because I have made it quite clear that I love me some Chicagoliscious)
Watch an obscene amount of t.v while I simultaneously knit, clean, do laundry, whatever...
Oh lord! Look at the time, Go get the child...

Yup, sounds quite boring when I put it all out there like that...I mean, shouldn't I be doing something a bit more constructive, like.....(fill in the blank if you want, and then let me know what the hell it is that I should be doing!)

Oh! I have another tip: Watch the movie, " The Book of Eli". Highly recommended. Made me so teary eyed, especially when I figured out what "book" was being so protected.
